Sam Hammond, Newton-North Delta

Sam Hammond, the Communist Party candidate in Newton-North Delta, is a former industrial worker and labour activist who is now the Leader of the Communist Party in British Columbia. He also works as Business Manager of the People’s Voice newspaper which is well known across Canada.

Sam has spent his entire life as a trade union, social justice and peace activist. He currently lives in the heart of the riding in Surrey.

Sam has previously run for the Communist Party in St. Catharines and Sudbury Ontario.
