Move to strengthen Party image among most-informed public

As we know that some measures aimed at improving the ability of candidates to communicate with electors have been made a part of the Canada Election Act in 2007 that allow the candidates to approach their electors at public places including the shopping malls and gated communities, etc, an approach based on similar logic was made to the local library for placing election material in the corridor where ordinary publications are usually placed.

The manager of the Strawberry Hill Library in Surrey BC became kind of reluctant and asked for time to seek approval from the high-ups. She informed us this morning that the authorities have considered the letter issued by the Chief Electoral Officer and the relevant provisions of the /Act/, and have allowed us to place our election material in the library.

We have three public libraries in our riding and placing party materials including the multi-lingual candidate-specific leaflets, the party election platform and the People's Voice is expected to strengthen the party image, its program and ideology since these libraries are visited by the 'most-informed' people of the area.
